It's been a while since my refund request, been a while since I was in desperate need of money, too. Strangely enough, I don't think I'll be in need of the refunds any more.
This will be the last post of mine regarding refunds, and that being to cancel my requests for refunds. I got an email saying one of my orders is ready to ship and at this point in time, and from here on out, I'd rather have the toys than the money.
Brownbear, or any admin at all, I really hope you see this. Keep on making those toys and send them along, I'm eager to give one a try.

I've requested a refund on order #4335. I was promised the order would ship out almost 8 months ago via an e-mail from Bear. Did not receive shipping notification and never received a package. Responded to Bear's promise e-mail stating as such a month later and never received a reply. At this point, I would just like I refund and I've posted that request in my previous support ticket for the order.

I'm getting a rather strong... nearly certain feeling that I'm not going to see either my money or my toys for many, many years to come.
I don't care at this point whether you refund or send me the toys, but either way, someone give me an update, an estimate or something to show that my money wasn't spent on a toy I'm not going to receive.
