buuuuuuuuut I'm in desperate need for money at the moment, and getting these refunded would help me heaps. Sooo, yes, I'd really like a refund for both of my orders if at all possible and would be much appreciated.
bear needs the money, too, to make toys for everyone, new molds, pay the help, and keep the site going. Refunds makes the process slower for everyone waiting in line as without money bear can't make toys! Is there anything else you can do for money? Perhaps you can do some handy-man work, mow lawns, sell plasma, or sell items you have laying around the house instead? Budgeting to avoid getting in a bind like this in the future would also be wise.

I've tried to get in touch with you via support tickets, and internal/external mailing to change address and ask if you recieved some of my information as well as get an ETA. I haven't heard anything in 5 months from you, and now I see toys above mine getting made. So I would like for order 4070 to be refunded..

Ludash says s/he ordered the toys over a year ago. Not everyone can predict their financial situation over a year in advance, stuff happens and s/he may have already exhausted other options. It isn't reasonable to expect a paying customer to wait 12+ months for a product and act more entitled to their money than they are. I doubt Bear feels that's appropriate as he tries very hard to make and ship toys in a timely fashion, so I'm baffled as to why it's Ludash's obligation to sell personal belongings, give blood, and accept unnecessary risk and extra work to keep ZC going. If Ludash had ordered 2 weeks ago I might be more inclined to agree with you, but I think at a year+ Ludash is owed the products ordered or a refund. It's silly to expect customers in that situation to simply suck it up and wait even longer when that money may be needed NOW for hospital/vet bills or auto repair.

Mhmm... I understand. Bear needs the money, and so do I. I've paid for something I've not yet received and I ordered it back in November of 2010. Back in 2010 I didn't need the money. I lost my job and haven't had luck in doing getting ahold of another. I'm taking up artwork commissions at reduced prices to try and draw in some more customers and I'm not getting all that far. Think of it this way, I'm selling the toys back to the maker to get money back. :V I have nothing against Bear or the community of buyers here, and the only reason I wish for a refund is so I can have the money I need, not so I can slow processing orders for other people willing to hold onto their numbers or to make it harder on bear as you seem to be suggesting. :\ And ontop of that, I made the order over a year ago. I'm pretty sure my money has been well spent by now in making a toy that probably isn't mine. I think I'm well in my right to ask for a refund. I want my money back because I need my money back. Why does this bother you? I've posted several tickets throughout the year, only the first was replied to. I don't mind, I don't care, just so long as Bear notices this and gives me a poke to let me know whether I will or won't be receiving a refund and why. And please, I'd like to know sooner rather than later.

Hello Bear. My name is Kain Cobra (account name is the same without caps or spaces). I know you've been so very busy with all your orders and everything and I commend you on working harder than any person I've ever met or even just talked to to get out all of these orders. My order date is exactly a year ago today. I regret to inform you that unfortunately 1: I went to this past March's Furry Weekend Atlanta convention and got a Bad Dragon toy to play with while waiting for my order from you, but have decided that this is good enough for my first toy, and 2: I'm running short on money and since my order hasn't left molding queue, then that means you haven't been able to get it started. So I would like to request a full refund in the amount of $37.25 (that's the cost of both the toy and shipping combined). If you could please do this for me I will be very grateful. I've already sent you a personal message about it here that has a bit of info that I didn't post on this forum as well as sent to two of your e-mail addresses just to make sure you'd see it. (Would have been three, but your yahoo e-mail isn't active any longer) So anyway, If you could contact me in a reply to either of the messages I've sent to you so that I'll know when to expect the refund, I would be even more grateful.

I placed my order on July 8th, 2010. It is now April 27, 2012. I've made 5 support tickets, we've traded over a dozen emails, I've sent PM on the forums, and posted requests for updates on my order. I've even requested two refunds and not received them or any realistic status on my order. I would like Order id: #2213 refunded and mailed to the address already provided as it's been so long in making this order that the CC I used has expired.
I've purchased several toys through here and am extremely disappointed that I've waited nearly 2 years and not received anything more then hollow promises it is being made. It's been in the molding queue for over a year and I do not think it's proper for you to have taken my money and made me wait this long ignoring me for months on end

I'm sorry to do this as I know I just ordered, but reading more into these wait times, there's 1k (THOUSAND) orders before mine it would seem. I can't wait that long, I am a patient person but not that patient. ^^;
Once ZP sorts their stuff out I will most certainly be back! But unless the toy I want is in stock and ready to ship, I just can't do it right now and would appreciate a full refund of both toy cost and shipping.
