Doing your own legwork on this one shouldn't be to difficult.
Just go to google, doing a search on fursuit or fursuit makers brings up at least ten hits......

Fursuits by "good" makers will run you upwards of several thousand.  You're best off with a partial suit (arms/head/tail) as it's less expensive, a lot cooler, and much easier to move in. Partials by good makers start off at about a thousand for just the head. No, they won't let you fur it yourself so don't ask for an "unfinished" piece to save money. Don't expect the piece to be done in less than a month.

This is not because the makers are stingy, this is because the materials are expensive and they don't want someone who doesn't know what they are doing to ruin their nice fursuit bases.

Cheap faux fur will run about $10 a yard (3 feet). Long but cheap faux fur is about $15 a yard. Good fur that doesn't tend to shed but isn't quite realistic is about $20 a yard most of the time. Really nice fur that looks real and has an undercoat will run more than $50 a yard for short pile fur. God help you if you want long, realistic fur (ex: fox brush)! If you want airbrushing (many "better" makers do that) then you must buy specialized paint and maintain the air gun, neither of which are cheap. Buckram eyes are the cheap way to go (about $15 a yard for the fine stuff, but the cheap can be as low as $5) but as you seem to want deluxe, that means glass eyes which will vary wildly. All of this does not include what goes under the fur to make it actually wearable! Moving jaw and other extras? Adds difficulty and price as well.

    Fursuiting is not cheap.

If you have the sculpting chops to make it yourself, do it. However, unless you have practice in sculpting and sewing, you may want to let someone else do the work for you or just settle for ears and some nice face paint.

I once made two heads for a scifi con: a male and Female pair of Silgrians from outlaw Star. My first attempt took about five weeks of work and about $200 in materials. Mind you I was using cheap foam, made my own under suit, and had everything made in polar fleece ($8 a yard as I bought the whole bolt) which is the only way I got two heads for $200. The results were good, but not exactly master work. It was not easy at all. Now you see how they can charge over $1,000 for just a head and get away with it!

PS: I attached the the Silgrians! Everyone responded better to the male, though I think the female came out better.

Well you have alot of suit makers out there

    fs6
    LV
    DHC

    Etc,

the most i got quoted on a suit was 5000

they are usually around 2-4000..but with all the stripes i can see that going up more
and if your doing it yourself then I recommend sewing in the stripes.
If the airbrushing is done wrong it will bleed and i will honestly say look very nasty

i cant think of anything else to add atm

Best maker I've seen.  A full suit will run you probably $3000 from them.

Wait a sec....you're interested in a dog suit or just a tiger suit? I was thinking it was just tiger. I know the owner of the suit on the right in this picture. He might be interested in selling.
