Hi there,
It has been over a year now since I have placed my order. I have been extremely patient and understand that there has been family problems in the past few months and all that. I created a support ticket a few months ago and have yet to receive a response. There does not seem to be an order to the way orders are fulfilled, because many others have been processed in much less time. In any case, I need a response please because this is starting to seem like a scam. Thank you.
