In an effort to standardize the measurements on our products, new "Product Details" have been added.  They will show the size of the toy and once more sizes have been added they will be searchable!
The problem? Non-standard measuring over the years.  When going from the old site to the new site, I just copy pasted most of the descriptions and such, cutting out just the sizes for the category description.  Often, this only includes 3 or 4 measurements that are not replicated across the toys even if they share the same type (ex: knot width, knot circum, knot height etc) and asking BB to measure all of the possibilities would take a long time (and slow down production, wouldnt want that would we?)

What am I asking of you?  Measure the toy using the standard measuring scheme.  Standards that need measuring can be seen here: http://www.zoofur.com/Grand-Pup.html
As you can see, roughly have of that has measurements but some of it could be filled in.  Other toys are missing alot of measurements.

Compensation for this is currently none, but I'll see what can happen.

If you wish to contribute, please post the name of the toy and the measurements in a standard format.  Format is in the quote box below.
Also, I have not gone through and done all the toys!  This is a very time consuming process, so you can read the description and see whats missing.  You can also help by just reading the description and putting it into standard format.  Taper measurement and oval measurement (both show on some) cannot be part of it due to varyiations in measurements and meanings.  Only go with explicit statements that are shown.

    Toy: Grand pup

    Shaft circumference: 7" (177.8cm)
    Knot length: 3" (76.2cm)

Converting inches to cm or vice-versa can easily be done at http://www.windstarembroidery.com/embroidery-information.cfm?File=LooseThreads
All submissions must include Cm measurement.
All submissions must also use decimals! If its 2 1/2" then it needs to be 2.5"
All submissions must have the " character after the inches measurement.
All submissions must have a single space after the inches measurement, then have the CM in ( ) brackets.
All submissions must contain the standard measurements.  I don't care if you go above and beyond as long as the measurements you give atleast include the standard ones on the toy pages.
All submissions must not already be done.

hmm I like the idea Smiley I think I got a Excel sheet with most measurements of the toys I have bought so far somewhere on my computer if that helps.

Also I was wondering how was it tought too do the measurements? like on a triangular knot the with. Will that be the with the longest or thinnest? or my prefered method of findind circumference and calculate the across with from that instead?

oh and the cm measurements ya posted is horribly wrong ^^ almost a meeter wide knots hehe

    Woops, thats to millimeters xD
    Was up late Tongue

    For non-uniform knots, largest width.
For calculating circumference, you can either use an actual tape type ruler and wrap it around or use the math formula for a fairly accurate measurement (assuming its roundish)

Yay, this makes me so happy!  (As does the spiffy artwork that's now up on the first page of the site.)  I'll measure mine when I get a chance.

I will do what I can since I think I am one of only a handful of Zeta Toy owners that have some of the original gel toys from years ago. I just wish I could figure out how to get the video out of my VHS camcorder (full-size) and into the computer then onto this website. I will keep trying.

VHS camera? o.O hmm been a while since I seen one of those ^^ well if it does not have any digital output, ya could check if your Video card got Video Input, most modern ones does, then simply play it of on the camcorder and record on computer. Or somekinda VHS reader than coverts too digital. Most options except machines made for converting it too digital medi would require ya to have Video Input option on computer but if ya got that it shouldnt be much trubble Smiley. Also a DVD player for tv witch record option would be able too turn it into a DVD that ya can rip on Pc ^^

Also about the measurements, I noticed alot of my toys arent for sale anymore tho, or is gel and proably will be taken away soon so guess I dont have that many then Tongue But I will try get all of the measurements for all of them when I got some spare time ^^

I have some cable connections in the back of the camcorder (RCA jacks is what they look like) so I will try and plug some old color coded jacks into the back and then into the computer. Something will work eventually, it's only a matter of finding out the right connection from one to the other. However, I will keep trying.

The reviews I did, the measurements I added in at the bottom are the actual measurements I did with a measuring tape, and I had also copied over what size dimensions that were on the site at the time.

Feel free to look at those and pull what's necessary.

Any measurements help that aren't already in the description.
Haven't had much time to do the measurements on the toys.

To save hassle, you can wait for me to do those and any measurement still not there you can do if you so wish.
