Ruff's stuff is a life sized "toy" of a Wolf's penis. Its dimensions are accurate and the toy itself is quite useable and fun I might add :) The dimensions are 1 1/2" across, 4 1/2" from top of knot to tip, 7 1/2" overall length, the knot is 2 1/2" across and is 1 1/2" tall itself.
