Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly before placing any order. By entering this site you agree with these terms, and will have released and discharged the providers, owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.

General: You confirm that you, or the person recieving the toy are at least 18 years old and that you wish to view this material, and that you are not offended by adult merchandise. All products on this site that can be legally purchased by adults. Note : We reserves the right to refund a transaction without the buyer's approval if they can't complete it in accordance with the terms described on this page, or for any other reason that might arise.

Returns: Under no circumstances do we accept returns on any used products. Please understand that due to the nature of our products, they are likely to have been in contact with your mouth, blood, body secretions, vagina or anus. We realize that this is an inconvenience for the buyer, but rest assured that all products are visually inspected before being shipped. If you can clearly see a manufacturing defect, please contact us via e-mail (zetatoys@hotmail.com) within 3 days of receiving your order. Simply describe exactly where the problem lies, and we will explain the return procedure. All decisions related to refunds are left to the sole discretion of ZetaCreations.

Batteries Included: All battery operated devices are tested before shipping. That way you are guaranteed to get working toys. We enclose the batteries in the package after testing. All battery powered toys come with batteries included (Excluding International Shipments).

Shipping & Handling: All shipments are charged depending on which country you are shipping to. All shipments are made through USPS. Orders take between 2-3 weeks to craft, after receipt of order, to ship. All orders are processed within 7 business days. PO Boxes :We do ship to PO Boxes. We understand that some customers feel the need for more privacy. Alaska / Hawaii :We do currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Discreet Packaging: All Orders are shipped in PLAIN BOXES, or Postal Priority boxes. We understand that our customers feel the need for privacy. There is no mention of ZetaCreations anywhere on the box. The return address label is Judd Killam. Payment Methods Credit Cards : We currently accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We use VeriSign as our Credit Card Processor. Using VeriSign gives the buyers (you) the guaranty that the sellers (us) don't have access to your credit card number. Your credit card number is never stored on any server, so there is no risk of having your credit card number stolen. They also use 128 SSL pages, so there is no risk that anyone could see the information being passed to your bank. This is truly a safe way to use your credit card on the Internet. Mail Order : If you choose mail order. Fill our Order Form page and send with your order. You will send your personal check or money order to the address mentionned on the order form page.

Liability We cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused by an improper use of our products. All items on this site are sold as Novelties. We reserve the right to refuse service if the situation arrises.
